It all started with pickles.

Willigan’s Island began as a simple way for founder Will Rhodes to make Christmas gifts for friends and family and has evolved into a true passion. Inspired by his love for the city of New Orleans, but struggling to find a pickled green bean for his Bloody Mary back home in Texas, Will had the idea to begin experimenting with his own brines. Now, after years of testing various iterations on his family, he feels that he has found the perfect brine recipe to share with the world, and not surprisingly, it’s quite simple: Green Beans, Jalapenos, Garlic, Dill, Red Pepper, Salt, and Water. This green bean combines the tastes of Will’s two favorite places, Texas and NOLA. Enjoy!
